About Me
My passion for publication design first blossomed while studying photography and printmaking in college. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to steadily follow my creative dreams—from publishing comics and graphic novels in my early days to later leading a successful design studio for over a decade.
In 2009, I set out on my own to focus on my true love of book cover design. I feel so grateful that major publishers across North America have embraced my work. I’ve even won recognition from the esteemed Association of University Presses several times, and had the honour to be a judge in 2024.
I could never leave comics behind though! So in 2019, I revived my indie comic press Black Eye Books to keep nurturing my dedication to the art of visual storytelling.
After all these years, I'm still overjoyed to push creative boundaries every day both as a publisher, and as a designer.
